The HR practices that Prabha has set up and practised with care are unique to any manufacturing SME. The Prabha family is a large family –that includes not just the employees but also their parents, spouse and children.

A Spouse Training Programme is organized every year, there is Generation Next for the children of the employees and we don’t forget the parents as well! There is a Parents Meet every year and each month Prabha remembers the parents of each employee by gifting them a small but useful amount as a token of love and appreciation.
