Bus Cowls are manufactured at three locations, including export cowls for Ashok Leyland Ennore. Bus cowl sheet metal parts are mostly made using lower cost blank and bend tools. Sheet metal structure build is followed by paint, trim & test processes. Trim includes assembly & install of instrument panel, gages, steering column, steering wheel, seat, pedals, valves, electrical systems and various wiring harnesses.
